We ship overnight using industry-standard reptile shipping services with insulated boxes, heat or cool packs when needed, and clear “Live Animal” labeling. Your order is packed securely, temperature-checked, and shipped on the safest day for your location to ensure your new critter arrives quickly and safely.

Yes! When done correctly, shipping is safe for reptiles, amphibians, and inverts. We only ship when weather conditions are appropriate, and we use proper packaging, temperature control, and overnight delivery to minimize travel time. Most animals arrive calm and ready to settle in.

We offer a Live Arrival Guarantee on all animals shipped to a FedEx hub and on approved home delivery purchases. If something goes wrong in transit, contact us immediately with pictures or video and we’ll take care of you.

Yes, the animal you see is the exact one you will receive. I photograph each critter honestly and never use filters, saturation boosts, or brightening that could misrepresent their colors. In fact, many animals look even better in person!


Please note that some species—especially geckos—can display different colors or patterns depending on whether they’re fired up or fired down, so natural variations in appearance are completely normal.
