- Payment is due at checkout. We currently accept payment through Square (subject to Square’s terms).
- Orders may be canceled at our discretion in cases of suspected fraud, stock issues, or other concerns.
5. Shipping & Live Arrival Guarantee
All live animals are shipped following strict safety protocols.
- We ship via FedEx Priority Overnight under safe weather conditions.
- Our Live Arrival Guarantee applies only if the package is received on the first delivery attempt or picked up promptly from a FedEx hub.

6. Returns & Refunds
- Live animals: All sales are final. No returns or refunds are accepted once an animal has shipped.
- Supplies & dry goods may be returned within 14 days in unused, original condition at the buyer’s expense, subject to approval. Refunds or store credit may be issued at our discretion.
7. Use of Submitted Content (Photos, Reviews, Testimonials)
By submitting reviews, photos, or other content to Danelle’s Critters, you grant us permission to:
- Display your content on our website, social media, and marketing materials.
- Use your first name or username alongside the content (unless you request otherwise).
We will never share your private information (such as email address or phone number) publicly.
